I love teaching preschoolers and children. I have been working with kids for 30 years. I've been a teacher, preschool center director, volunteer, writer and editor, and workshop leader. Now I'm exploring what's next in my life as an educator.

Why Brick by Brick?

I'm a bricklayer. Not with stones and mortar but with ideas and concepts. I don't build on a slab or the ground but in the lives of young children.

The early years are key to a life of learning. We can help them grow and learn...brick by brick...creating a solid foundation for life.
